This prestigious project was a barn conversion that was transformed into a professional recording studio. E&S were responsible for the installation of a Daikin VRV system which included heat recovery ventilation as well as the underfloor heating installation and air source heat pump.

A well finished project completed to a very high level.

Project length: 9 months

E&S were employed to design and build a ventilation system for City Bouldering’s new Aldgate site. 

The system comprised of a Nuaire CAS supply AHU and Nuaire CAE extract fan.

The project had its own obstacles, with our duct having to navigate around the wall and the fall safety distances.

Project length: 12 weeks

This project was a Barn conversion to be used as a college and offices. We installed Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning units throughout the building.

The new tenants were set up with a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program ensuring their systems run efficiently all year round.
